The eating habits of a vegetarian can be very healthy. The guidelines are the same with a healthy diet, but one should always try to vary and moderate their food intake. On the opposite end of the scale we have the vegan, who refuses to eat food that has anything to do with animals, at all.

Milk and other dairy products are a fantastic way to get protein for people who consider themselves to be lacto-ovo vegetarians.
